Will it really look like my child?
You see a free cover with your child on it before you pay. Hardcover: nothing prints until you approve every page, with a full refund until then, and we fix mistakes free. Digital: full refund until we email your PDF, and if you spot a mistake after, we fix it free.
Digital or hardcover?
Digital is a print-ready PDF by email, great anywhere in the world. Your PDF arrives by email within one working day. The hardcover is $59: your personalized book, printed in full color, hardcover binding, shipped free to the US, Canada and the UK. Plus the PDF free, to read tonight while you wait. Most hardcovers arrive in 3 to 4 weeks after you approve your preview. Local import taxes may apply in some countries.
What photo should I send?
One clear, well-lit photo of your child's face. No sunglasses or filters.
Can I be in it too?
Yes, free. Add Mom, Dad, Grandma or whoever loves them most, one grown-up or up to four, and pick what your child calls you.
Can I add brothers or sisters?
Yes, free. Add Sibling(s) on the order form with one photo of them: up to 3 brothers and sisters, ages 0 to 10. Your child stays the hero, and the siblings join the family picture and some of the adventure pages.
What if I change my mind?
Digital: full refund any time before we email your PDF. Hardcover: full refund any time before you approve your preview. After that, we fix mistakes free, and reprint or refund a damaged or misprinted hardcover.
What happens to our photos?
We use them only for your book and delete them 30 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask.
Which book is best for a 1 year old or a 2 year old?
