We use your photos only to make your book, and never to train AI. We keep them 30 days after your order is delivered, so we can make any free changes you ask for, then they're deleted automatically (sooner if you ask). We never sell your data. Our privacy policy

How long does delivery take?

Digital Edition: Your PDF arrives by email within one working day. Hardcover: we email your preview within one working day of your order, and most books arrive in 3 to 4 weeks after you approve it, shipped free to the USA and Canada. Holiday order-by dates

What size is the book?

A square hardcover with 8.5 x 8.5 inch pages, printed in full color. The Digital Edition PDF has the same square pages.

What if I'm not happy?

If a page isn't right, we fix it free. Digital Edition: full refund any time before we email your PDF. Hardcover: full refund any time before you approve your preview, and if it arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the preview you approved, we reprint it free or refund you in full. Can I order more than one book?

Yes. On the photo page, tap Add under any other book. Each extra book is 20% off and made from the same photos, so there's no need to upload again.

What age is My Potty Training Book for?

About 2 to 3, and many families start a little earlier or later. Read it together for a few weeks before you start, so the potty feels familiar. Every child is ready in their own time.

Are the pictures appropriate?

Yes. Your child is fully dressed in every picture. Potty moments are shown gently, like Teddy sitting on the potty, a closed door, flushing with the lid down and washing hands. Every page is checked before your book goes out, and with the hardcover you approve every page before we print.

Is it good for kids who like routines or a step-by-step story?

It's written as a calm, predictable story, with the same steps in the same order and plain, simple words. Many families of kids who like to know what comes next, including autistic kids, enjoy that. It's our first Ready Story: a storybook with tips for parents, not a therapy or training program.

Can I use our own words, like toilet instead of potty?

Yes. Tell us the word your family uses, how you celebrate, your child's comfort toy and their favorite underwear pattern, and we'll use them in the story. Pick toilet and the pictures show a small training seat on your big toilet.

Does it use stickers or rewards?

Only if you want. Tell us how you celebrate, like a happy dance, a high five or stickers. The book always praises trying and says accidents are okay, and it never promises results or a timeline.

What's the Digital Edition?

The full personalized book as a high-quality, print-ready PDF. You see a free cover preview before you pay, and your PDF arrives by email within one working day. How do I print the Digital Edition?

The PDF has square 8.5 x 8.5 inch pages at 300 dpi, with a little extra picture around the edges so there are no white lines after trimming. Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Turn on “This is a gift” at checkout and add who it's for. A hardcover ships to their address with the prices hidden on the packing slip, and a gift note on a card if you like.
